Laser Printer Annual Support Agreements
Anyone can take advantage of Laser Friend's Printer Support Agreements. Whether you have one printer or one hundred printers.
Our 'MC2' is designed for the smaller office with only a handful of printers. 'MC3' on the other hand, is designed specifically for the larger office with a high volume of printers.
If after you have seen our agreements you decide you would like to take advantage of either "MC2" or "MC3", all you need to do is contact our office on 0800 389 7051 or email here, advising us of your printer/s make/s and model/s, and a suitable time will be arranged for our engineer/s to visit your premises to carry out a free inspection of each printer to be included within the agreement. The engineer will determine in his opinion whether your printer/s are suitable for immediate acceptance, or whether any work is required, and will advise you accordingly. Normally toner and paper dust will require vacuuming from the printer, occasionally roller/s and a service/clean may be required. In the case that additional work is required the engineer will advise you and once authorised will carry out the work during the inspection. Once both parties are happy, signatures will be required on the agreement document, at which time the agreement period will begin.

Our unique 24 month support 'Response Pack' includes:

Laser Friend's unique Response Pack 'MC3' allows you to purchase a quantity of responses to be applied to a 'group of printers'.
If, for example, you have 100 printers which need to be included within a maintenance agreement, the cost to put each indevidual printer on its own agreement would be extortionate.
Purchase 5, 10 or 20 'MC3' responses and share them between your 'group of printers'.
Each time a response is logged; one response will be deducted from your entitlement until you have used up all of your responses.
Your entitlement can be increased at any time, in fact if/when your entitlement reaches your 'low limit' (which we will discuss and coordinate) a representative from Laser Friend will contact you and discuss increasing your entitlement.
What makes our "MC3" unique is that the responses are valid for a 2 year period.
In return for your commitment into our 2 year scheme Laser Friend has reduced the cost of each response significantly.
Depending on the amount of responses you purchase, prices start at £74.00 for mono and £104.00 for colour printers, and is based upon a combination of A4 and A3 printers.
