Repair / Maintenance Guarantee

Every Repair / Maintenance carried out by a Laser Friend engineer shall be guaranteed to be free from defects in both materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of completion.

We will replace any component, carry out corrective repair / maintenance procedures, or refund the full price of any repair / maintenance found to be inadequate within the 1 year warranty period.

We also warrant that the repair / maintenance will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to the printer or printer components.

Additionally, if a flaw in the repair / maintenance causes the printer to expire outside the 1 year warranty period, we will carry out corrective repair / maintenance procedures, or reimburse the customer the full amount for the repair / maintenance, or replace the printer.

Cartridge Guarantee

Every Laser Friend Remanufactured cartridge is guaranteed to be free from defects in both materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

We will replace or refund the full price of any cartridge found to be defective.

We also warrant that our remanufactured cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to your printer, photocopier or facsimile.

If a defect in our remanufactured cartridge causes your printer, photocopier or facsimile to fail, we will provide an engineer onsite as a matter of priority to carry out inspection, service and repair.

Additionally, in the case of a third party service company carrying out a service and repair due to a failing cartridge, we will reimburse the full amount for the work carried out to the printer, photocopier or facsimile.

LF Green Remarketed / Refurb Printer Guarantee

Every LF Green Remarketed / Refurbished Laser Printer is guaranteed to be free from defects in both materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

We shall replace any component, carry out corrective repair / maintenance procedures, or refund the full price of a printer found to be defective within the 1 year warranty period.

We also warrant that the printer will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to associated equipment, attachments, computer, consumables or operating system, or injury to persons.

If any of the above does happen, we shall carry out corrective repair/maintenance procedures, or reimburse the customer the full amount for the printer, or replace the printer.
