LASER FRIEND, a Chesterfield based company was established in July 1992 and was one of the first companies within the UK to enter the Recycled Printer Cartridge Industry. At the onset we under took an extensive training program on the technical and business administration of the ‘Recycled Toner Cartridge Industry’. Primarily we were efficient in recycling just three of the most common types of toner cartridge. However, now in our 15th year, our dedicated team of professional cartridge technicians are using the latest in recycling technology and are currently producing in excess of 150 different unit types. Within the first 12 months of trading we realised the demand for a Laser Printer Service/Repair facility, and suitable training was administered. Once we introduced this service a suitable Printer Annual Support package was designed to compliment the Service/Repair facility. Now, our qualified team of printer engineers perform maintenance for the majority of our extensive client base.

With customer care being an important factor we work hard to maintain the highest level of product quality and customer satisfaction.

Our highly experienced production team and in-house computer aided quality control facilities provides an efficient service, enabling us to provide a "proven" cost effective, environment friendly Remanufactured Printer Cartridge as an alternative to the imported original unit. Guaranteed for 12 months, full technical back-up and costing typically half the price of the original unit will clearly benefit the user, in this instance though the real winner is the environment.

Our friendly, fully qualified and highly experienced printer engineers carry out service/repair procedures for the majority of our customer base. Our 'Printer Service/Repair Procedure' is tried, tested and proven to work and our ‘Printer Annual Support Package’ was designed to compliment the Service/Repair facility.

Our locally based collection vehicles operate throughout Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and South Yorkshire and will collect your used printer cartridges for remanufacturing. Additionally £2.00 will be donated for each cartridge collected and recycled to your selected Charity or Organisation.
