Refurbished Laser Printer Guarantee of Quality

 

Laser Friend conducts its business obeying stringent quality control standards, conforming to the minimum codes of practice as set out by United Kingdom Cartridge Recyclers Association and, has a bona-fida warranty system.

 

Every Laser Friend Refurbished Laser Printer excels in performance which at least equals the (OEM) Original Equipment Manufacturer and shall be guaranteed to be free from defects in both materials and workmanship for a period of 180 days from the date of sale.

 

Laser Friend will at its opinion, replace any component, carry out corrective repair/maintenance procedures, or refund the full price of any Laser Friend Refurbished Laser Printer found to be defective within the 180 day warranty period.

 

Laser Friend also warrants that, subject to conditions stated below, and under normal use (including operation of the printer, within specifications set out by the printer manufacturer) the Refurbished Laser Printer will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to associated equipment, attachments, computer, consumables or operating system, or injury to persons.

 

If any damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any associated equipment, attachments, computer, consumables or operating system, or injury to persons was judged to be provoked by a flaw in the Laser Friend Refurbished Laser Printer, Laser Friend will, upon receipt of satisfactory evidence, including a written statement on the service company's letterhead, dated and signed by the company's field engineer or service representative, carry out corrective repair/maintenance procedures, or reimburse the customer the full amount for the Refurbished Laser Printer.

 

Laser Friend accept mediation by UKCRA in disputes with customers.

 

Laser Friend’s liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above.

 

Printer Maintenance Guarantee of Quality

 

Laser Friend conducts its business obeying stringent quality control standards, conforming to the minimum codes of practice as set out by United Kingdom Cartridge Recyclers Association and, has a bona-fida warranty system.

 

Every Repair/Maintenance carried out by a Laser Friend engineer shall be guaranteed to be free from defects in both materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of completion.

 

Laser Friend will at its opinion, replace any Component, carry out corrective Repair/Maintenance procedures, or refund the full price of any Repair/Maintenance found to be inadequate within the 90 day warranty period.

 

Laser Friend also warrants that, subject to conditions stated below, and under normal use (including operation of the printer, within specifications set out by the printer manufacturer) the Repair/Maintenance will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to the printer or printer components.

 

If a flaw in Repair/Maintenance carried out by a Laser Friend engineer causes the printer to expire outside the 90 day warranty period, Laser Friend will, upon receipt of satisfactory evidence that the failure was due to epair/Maintenance carried out by a Laser Friend engineer, including a written statement on the service company's letterhead, dated and signed by the company's field engineer or service representative, carry out corrective Repair/Maintenance procedures, or reimburse the customer the full amount for the Repair/Maintenance of the printer.

Toner Cartridge Guarantee of Quality

 

Laser Friend remanufactured toner cartridges are recycled under stringent quality control standards, conforming to the minimum codes of practice as set out by United Kingdom Cartridge Remanufacturers Association, assuring performance which at least equals the (OEM) Original Equipment Manufacturer, and, has a bona-fida warranty system in place.

 

Every Laser Friend cartridge is guaranteed to be free from defects in both materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Laser Friend will at its opinion, replace, or refund the full price of any Laser Friend cartridge found to be defective.

 

Laser Friend also warrants that, subject to conditions stated below, and under normal use (including operation of printer, photocopier & facsimile equipment within the specifications) our remanufactured cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible printer, photocopier or facsimile. If a defect in the Laser Friend remanufactured toner cartridge causes a printer, photocopier or facsimile to fail, Laser Friend will reimburse the customer the full amount for service and repair of the printer, photocopier or facsimile. This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing satisfactory evidence that the failure was due to a defect in the Laser Friend remanufactured toner cartridge, including a written statement on the service company's letterhead, dated and signed by the company's field sales or service representative.

2nd User Printers

 

Only low mileage printers are purchased. The printer is totally disassembled, all the components are removed and thoroughly inspected, any sign of wear and the component is replaced.
